These terms are the agreement between you and LetMeSell when you use our website and app. By creating an account or using LetMeSell, you agree to them.
1. The service
LetMeSell reads handwritten sales notes you upload, transcribes and summarizes sales calls and meetings you record, and helps you file the contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks into your CRM. LetMeSell is operated by Ben Shellington, doing business as LetMeSell, in Florida, USA.
2. Your account
You need a valid email address to use LetMeSell, and you must be at least 18.
Keep access to your email and devices secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
3. Free trial and paid plans
Your first 5 notes are free. After that, you need a paid plan.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Solo $29 per month, Team $25 per rep per month for 2 to 9 reps, and Sales Floor $19 per rep per month for 10 or more reps. Taxes may apply.
Plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Your content
Your notes, images and CRM data stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
Only upload notes you have the right to share. Don't upload content that's illegal, or sensitive health, financial or government ID information you're not allowed to process.
Only record calls and meetings where everyone taking part knows and has agreed. Recording laws differ by state and country, and some, including Massachusetts and Florida, require every person's consent. Getting that consent is your responsibility.
When you connect HubSpot or another CRM, you authorize LetMeSell to create and update records there for you.
LetMeSell matches existing records and fills empty fields. It doesn't overwrite values that are already set, except a matched deal's stage, amount, close date and next step, which update from your newest note.
Your use of your CRM is also governed by that CRM provider's terms.
6. AI isn't perfect
LetMeSell uses AI to read handwriting and to transcribe and summarize calls. It can make mistakes. You get a review screen before anything is filed, and fields we're unsure about are flagged. You're responsible for checking what you file and for any decisions you make based on it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse LetMeSell. That means don't try to break or overload it, don't reverse engineer it, don't resell it without our written permission, don't use it to send spam, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or someone else's rights.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep LetMeSell running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever shut LetMeSell down, we'll give paying customers at least 30 days' notice.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using LetMeSell and cancel your plan any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
LetMeSell is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LetMeSell isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using LetMeSell after that, you accept the new terms.
